Coffee-growing families in Peru face structural challenges that limit competitiveness: low productivity, limited technology, lack of certification, price volatility and reduced access to premium international markets. This project opens opportunities in international markets under high-value standards.
We implement an integrated model that transforms the coffee value chain from origin to export. The project includes roasting plant, controlled grinding with Colombini technology, nitrogen injection, drip coffee, capsules and innovation. This allows us to work with added value, ensure quality and connect producers directly with international buyers.
The model generates higher income for producers, improves productivity, creates qualified jobs (especially for young people and women), strengthens environmental sustainability and promotes long-term rural development.
Commercialization of specialty coffee, premium roasted coffee, capsules, natural cosmetics derived from coffee and international sales including Duty Free and direct buyers. Stable revenue with multichannel distribution.
Progressive growth through high-value coffee sales, direct exports and international alliances. High competitiveness thanks to advanced technology such as Giesen, Colombini and Sunyi SKP-1N. The project seeks to create measurable social and environmental impact while generating attractive returns.
The plant incorporates a 15 kg Giesen roaster, Colombini TA50/100 grinders, the Sunyi SKP-1N capsule machine and a nitrogen plant to preserve premium coffee destined for international export. All equipment is calibrated to meet international quality standards.
We work hand-in-hand with coffee-growing families across Peru, promoting inclusion, higher incomes, new opportunities and long-term sustainability.
